Project Description

Knowledge is power but too much knowledge can be exhausting. I was chosen to head the DEX training program presentation design, development and integration with an external LMS. The presentation was designed in phases and based off of DEX’s original training methodology. The design was updated so it was up to speed with the remainder of the company’s marketing materials. My technical expertise afforded me the task of locating a LMS that integrates with Microsoft, had a built tracking system for results and easily managed. Finally, the icing on the cake. Once the system was in place train the new team members on the company and the sales process. This was an ongoing an ever changing project where I learned a lot, not only about systems and process but also how far I can take me learning potential and the best way to teach selling while not technically being a sales person.
